About

I'm a software engineer and product builder based in Philadelphia. I build agentic systems and LLM-powered infrastructure in production environments — and ship my own products on the side.

Work

Currently Principal Software Engineer at MARA (Marathon Digital Holdings), where I design and implement multi-agent orchestration pipelines for organizational intelligence. I work across LLM providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, and open-weight models — in production multi-model environments, and build AI guardrails for safe multi-provider deployments.

Before that, Head of AI and Principal Software Engineer at UCE Systems, integrating generative AI solutions into financial organizations.

Before AI, I spent six years at EPAM Systems — Technical Delivery Manager, Data Engineering Team Lead, and Lead Software Engineer on large-scale data infrastructure projects across pharma and other industries. AWS, Spark, Airflow, Redshift. I know how big data pipelines break at 3am.

Earlier still: Java development at Netcracker for four years, working on revenue and invoicing systems.

Products

I ship my own things. PermitZen is an iOS app that turns permit documentation into something humans can actually understand — 400+ users. The UFO MCP is a knowledge graph over UAP data built on Neo4j, Qdrant, and MCP protocol, because some problems are worth solving just to see if you can.

Writing

I write about what I build, what breaks, and what I learn when both happen at once.

Background

Engineer's degree in Mobile Systems from Volga State University of Telecommunications and Informatics. Originally from Russia, now in Philadelphia.
